“My family had a wonderful 3 day, 2 night stay at Villa Alba d'Oro. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a getaway near Amalfi but not too close to the hectic town square and docks. First, I can't say enough kind words about the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Martina! We arrived a little before the 2:30pm check-in time, but was still able to access the room early as they prioritized cleaning up ours. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, especially the shared outdoor areas with the pool. Morning breakfast is made fresh daily and absolutely delicious. The Villa is close to two great restaurants (<5 min walking distance): Pesce d'Oro and Da Ciccio Cielo Mare E Terra. I recommend the former for lunch and latter for dinner! A couple of considerations worth mentioning: - The Villa has its own private parking space so it's very convenient to come with a rental car. However, parking is not free so plan accordingly. Pricing is noted on their signs before you enter at about 20-30 euros per day. - There is a long flight of stairs you need to climb to access the Villa. The staff takes care of your luggage for you, but if you have difficulty going up and down stairs, this may pose an accessibility problem.”

“Everyone has spoken about the amount of stairs to get up to the rooms, but it is WORTH IT! WOW, spectacular views and rooms. Our room had a renovated bathroom that was beautiful and huge. The balcony was so special peaceful. My parents had a room on the top of the building and had an entire space to themselves. The pool was beautiful, although it was too cold to use it. The breakfast was great and we were very well attended to.”
